Never-before-seen video of Karen Read shows her preparing for her sensational murder trial. The video was recorded inside her hotel room last April and is being seen in a new ABC News “20/20” special on the case. Prosecutors claim Read intentionally mowed down her cop boyfriend in a jealous rage. The defense contends she is being framed by police.
