It looks like Golden Raye Mahomes will be running football plays in no time.
After all, Brittany Mahomes shared proof that her and husband Patrick Mahomes’ newborn daughter is following in her dad’s footsteps just over one week after being welcomed in to the world.
In a video shared to Brittany’s Instagram Story Jan. 23, Golden laid on top of a pink-and-white striped blanket while wearing a gray football-themed onesie, which featured literal footballs as the feet of the getup.
And the little one—whose face wasn’t visible in the shot—seemed more than pleased to be repping the Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback’s sport as she happily wiggled her tiny legs back and forth.
Captioning the sweet clip, Brittany—who also shares daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and Patrick “Bronze,” 2, with Patrick—wrote, “The cutest little feet.”
And Golden—who was born on Jan. 12—isn’t the only one of their kids following in her parents’ footsteps.
Back in July 2024, Brittany—who is a former professional soccer player—shared that their eldest daughter was headed to her first practice for her mom’s sport.

The mom of three, 29, shared an adorable clip on her Instagram Story, showing newborn Golden’s little feet. The onesie that she was wearing had footballs printed on her legs and both feet — a sweet nod to her father, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, 29.

Brittany Mahomes shares newborn Golden Raye Mahomes feet in pajamas on Instagram
On Sunday, Jan. 12, the Kansas City Chiefs current co-owner and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback welcomed their third baby, announcing the exciting news on Instagram with a black-and-white photo.
In the photo, Brittany and Patrick can be seen holding their baby daughter’s feet above a wooden sign that reads her name. “•Golden Raye Mahomes• 1/12/25
,” they wrote in the caption of their joint post.
The newest addition to the family joins their daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son, Patrick “Bronze”, 2. In October 2022, Patrick opened up about being a father during an episode of Football in America. The athlete said he plans to “stay out of the way” when it comes to his kids’ potential athletic interests.

“I’m going to teach my son, my daughter all the fundamentals and whatever they want to learn. But at the same time, I want to let it be about them,” he explained. “That’s what my dad did growing up, that’s what my parents did. They didn’t pressure me to do anything. I think that’s why I’m in the position I am today.”
Although he doesn’t plan to pressure them into a career in sports, his family is always there to cheer him on and watch him live his dream. Patrick’s biggest fans were there to cheer him on during Super Bowl 2024 in Las Vegas. Brittany, Sterling and Bronze stood by the quarterback’s side, as he accepted the Lombardi Trophy following the big game.
