Incredible amount of money OnlyFans stars made in total during 2023

The rise of OnlyFans hasn’t been a quiet one, as more and more people are making accounts on the subscription-based platform to earn an extra buck, or a million.

People use the site as a way to fund their lives, with sex-fuelled stories of creators having people ‘line-up’ outside their hotel room for time in bed with them, garnering near £200,000 from the stunt.

One of the medal-winning Olympians in Paris also produced content on the 18+ platform, going viral for twerking after securing third place in the pole vault, which was Canada’s first medal in 112 years in the event, to be fair.

But the point is that the platform is getting more and more saturated, as the likes of celebrities have also ventured their way onto there, with Bella Thorne still topping the list of profitable creators in the past year.

However, some like Bhad Bhabie have been candid with their earnings, revealing just how much big names can make within just a few days.

To put the numbers into perspective, when an annual earnings report was posted by OnlyFans‘ parent company, Fenix International, people couldn’t believe just how profitable the company had become.

Taking off during the pandemic, the number of users in 2023 increased by 28% from the previous year to 305 million users. The number of creators’ accounts also saw a huge jump by 29% to 4.1 million accounts, with several breakout stars on the platform changing what was originally a side hustle into millions of pounds’ worth in earnings, according to Variety.

However, the kicker is that the amount fans paid to creators hit a record-breaking $6.6 billion (£5 billion) in 2023, a 19% increase from the already eye-watering amount of $5.5 billion (£4.19 billion) that was made in 2022, signalling the huge growth spurt the site has had since the pandemic.

But the $6.6 billion is made to look even more impressive when compared with the earnings of NBA players, with athletes in the league the highest paid in the world, on average.

Pro basketball players, combined, made $4.9 billion (£3.7 billion) in 2023 – this includes the likes of LeBron James, Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and more.

OnlyFans takes a 20% cut of creators’ profits though, so the full amounts paid don’t reach the creators, unfortunately for them.

Revenue also hit new heights in 2023, increasing from $217 million (£165 million) in one year to $1.3 billion (£990,000), with the company still boasting $678,000 (£516,000) in cash assets.

OnlyFans model Corinna Kopf revealed incredible amount of money she makes each month

OnlyFans model Corinna Kopf revealed incredible amount of money she makes each month

The former Fortnite streamer still makes hundreds of thousands in a ‘bad month’

While some of us might sit at a desk all day or stand and pour people coffees to make a living, others take a slightly different approach.

OnlyFans top creators are absolutely raking it in from their work on the subscription service, with some making the absolute mega bucks.

One of the highest earners at the moment, rapper Iggy Azalea, is said to be making over seven million a month from her content with Mia Khalifa also bringing in millions.

And another top creator, Corinna Kopf, recently revealed the incredible amount of money she makes from OnlyFans each month.

The 28-year-old American is well-known as the ‘pouty girl’ and started off gaining a platform on Twitch after being part of David Dobrik’s YouTube squad back in 2016.

Once popular for her Fortnite streams, she now makes millions from selling adult content on the subscription service.

But you know, like us all, Kopf has her ‘bad months’ but they’re not quite as ‘bad’ as everyone else’s as in those she gets a pay-out of about $680,000 (£537,570).

Back in July 2022, Dobrik shared a video to TikTok, showing off the creator’s earnings from OnlyFans.

In her good months, Kopf was raking in around $2.3 million (£1.8million).

Scrolling through her mega money makings, Dobrik joked: “This makes me want to f**king vomit. This is absolutely insane! This is monthly. Monthly!”

In April last year, Kopf bought the YouTube star a Ferrari thanks to her millions, explaining that he’d given her so much exposure – helping with her fame status on OnlyFans.

Many of the site’s highest earners were already big names before they started using the subscription service to rake in extra cash.

As well as Azalea and Khalifa, this also includes the likes of Cardi B, Coco Austin, Belle Delphine and Megan Barton-Hanson.

YouTube star Delphine previously revealed to Louis Theroux that she made £5 million from her first OnlyFans ‘full intercourse’ video.

She spoke of spending 2020 working up to it: “That was the time I had the most eyes on me. That’s why I did all those podcasts, because I knew was at the biggest I was ever going to be. I needed all eyes on me then to really push this video that I was going to sell.”

The ‘Queen of the Simps’ explained she was able to buy her ‘dream house’ because of the video that she confessed to thinking is actually ‘quite sh*t’.

Influencer breaks down incredible amount of money she spends in order to 'look good'

Influencer breaks down incredible amount of money she spends in order to ‘look good’

Blair Walnuts breaks down the cost of looking beautiful

Britt Jones

Want to look good? Well, it’s apparently gonna cost you!

When you’re keeping up with appearances, there can be a lot involved. From haircare to skin, nails and fitness, there’s so much going on at once, and it certainly doesn’t come cheap.

But how much does it actually take to look good?

One honest influencer has broken it down on Instagram so you can see what you need to spend in order to look like her, after fans were distraught that they weren’t as beautiful as her.

Blair Walnuts posted: “I hate that we have grown up with celebrities, pretending that their enhancements, and their very graceful ageing are all attributed to their lucky genetics.

“No, Jennifer Lopez is not using olive oil on her skin, it’s probably a facelift.”

So, what does she do to maintain her looks?

First things first, the influencer got a nose job costing $3500 (£2,758).

She explained: “This was for a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty.

“And included one day stay in the hospital, but it did not include the flights and hotel.”

Next was Botox and filler, which cost $2500 (£1,970).

Talking about why she decided on injections for her looks, she said: “I just got Botox for the first time a few days ago so I’m not sure how that’s going to work out.

“But I have had lip filler three times.”

Then there was the price of her hair, which is regularly bleached and fitted with extensions each month – $2000 (£1,576 each month).

She explained: “I like this hair colour because it makes me feel like a fairy princess. I’m trying to let my roots grow out so I can just get highlights from now and save the integrity of my hair a little bit.”

Are we missing anything?

Oh, yes! Her nails.

The influencer doesn't regret her regime.

Instagram/ @blairwalnuts

Walnuts opts for a Russian as it lasts around six weeks before she needs to have them re-done.

These bad boys cost her a whopping $300 (£236) per month, and even she has to admit, ‘they are really expensive’.

Last but not least, her body.

Now, regular people might just pop to the gym every now and then on a £20 monthly membership, but not this social media princess.

Instead, she hires a personal trainer who costs $100 (£78) per session, so that she can have the physical results faster.

Recommending this route, she suggested: “I would recommend trying a trainer for at least two or three sessions and then just copying their workouts for a month so you don’t have to pay for a trainer the whole time.”

While you might think that she would be hung out to dry for showing off how much she spends on her beauty regime and plastic surgery, fans were genuinely thankful for her candour.

After many of her followers felt jealous that they didn’t look like her, they were happy to know that it was due to a lot of money and dedication to her looks.

One person commented: “Transparent queens are top tier.”

Another user wrote: “Being honest makes you even prettier.”

But obviously, haters will always hate.

Someone wrote: “This just seems like you’re bragging about the amount of money you have.”

A fourth commenter echoed the above sentiment: “[You’re] encouraging people to get all this work done in order to be pretty and relevant.”

Ah well, you can’t please them all.

Sopranos star Drea de Matteo says she's paid off mortgage debt with money she earned on OnlyFans

Sopranos star Drea de Matteo says she’s paid off mortgage debt with money she earned on OnlyFans

The actor credits the adult subscription platform with ‘saving her life’

The extraordinary success of The Sopranos may lead you to believe that all of the stars are all rolling in it and still reaping the rewards of the hit series.

The New Jersey-based crime-drama was even crowned the ‘Greatest TV Show of All Time’ by Rolling Stone in 2022, so it’s easy to presume that the cast are all laughing their way to the bank.

But Drea de Matteo has admitted she had just $10 (£8) in her bank account last year when she was crippled with mounting mortgage debt, before she joined OnlyFans and turned her life around.

The 52-year-old credits the adult subscription site with ‘saving her life’ during a period where she ‘didn’t know which way was up’ as her money troubles mounted.

In August 2023, de Matteo revealed she would be selling steamy content to fans for a $15-per-month subscription fee.

She leaned into her notoriety from The Sopranos while flogging her risqué snaps and rebranded the show’s iconic name to suit her new business venture – leaving the words ‘THE SOPORNOS’ in her bio. It certainly gave me a chuckle.

But the actor’s circumstances prior to launching her OnlyFans page were no laughing matter.

Drea de Matteo starred as Adriana La Cerva in The Sopranos.

HBO

During an interview with the Daily Mail, de Matteo opened up about what encouraged her to take the leap and sign up to the adult site, especially after she previously insisted it was not up her street.

The Sons of Anarchy star explained she had taken forbearance (the temporary postponement of loan payments) to help her pay off her mortgage balance as her acting work dried up, but ultimately she could not afford to pay off the debts and was on the brink of losing her home – until she launched her adult platform.

De Matteo said: “It saved us. OnlyFans saved my life, 100 percent. I can’t believe I’m saying that, but it really did save us.

“They put me into foreclosure and my house had flooded, so I was trying to sell the house quickly. I wanted to try and sell it before they took it.”

The actor said OnlyFans 'saved her life'.

“At the same time, I lost my mum, and my other mum, who has dementia, had run out of money for her caregiver. I didn’t know which way was up,” she added.

Incredibly, de Matteo said she was out of the red just five minutes after uploading her first posts to OnlyFans.

She recalled: “I kept putting more pictures up. I was like,’holy s**t!’ In five minutes, I was able to pay back compass real estate who kept the sale of my house.

“I got a lot of heat for doing it and it went f**king viral and people went nuts.”

De Matteo revealed that she had initially planned to launch a podcast on OnlyFans with her partner, All Them Witches band-member Robby Staebler, ‘that was controversial’ where he ‘rubbed her feet’ to satisfy subscribers.

But that flew out of the window when she realised her money-making potential on the site and now she ‘feels good’ about her lucrative side hustle.

Addressing critics, the mum-of-two added: “Anybody that wants to condemn me and put me down, go for it. I just hope you never find yourself in the position I was in to take care of two little kids.”

Bhad Bhabie really puts the cash in ‘Cash Me Outside’ with her OnlyFans page.

The viral sensation and arguably one of the most memorable guests to appear on Dr Phil has been raking in the big bucks over the last two years thanks to her saucy side hustle.

The 20-year-old rapper followed suit with an army of celebrities and joined the adult subscription site back in April 2021, just six days after she turned 18.

Her OnlyFans success had more than a strong start and has only continued to go from strength to strength, putting her among the top earners.

The likes of Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, former webcam model Mia Khalifa and YouTube star Tana Mongeau are among the famous faces taking advantage of the earning potential of sharing adult content.

Bhad Bhabie, real name Danielle Bregoli, charges subscribers $23.99 (£18.99) a month for access to her OnlyFans, while also encouraging fans to DM her as her bio states she is ‘on there every night responding’.

She previously admitted she was ‘broke as f**k’ before she joined the site, describing her instant success as the ‘light at the end of the tunnel’ of a tough time financially.

But the rapper admitted even she was surprised by the speed at which her OnlyFans page took off during an appearance on supermodel Emily Ratajkowski’s High Low podcast.

Bregoli said: “It just kept coming and coming, I was just like, ‘s**t’,” while discussing the huge amount of dosh she saw enter her bank account.

Within just six hours of launching her OnlyFans, she had made a whopping $1 million.

The mum-to-be earned $1million in just six hours in 2021.

Instagram/@bhadbhabie

Sharing the good news on social media, the online star – who announced she was pregnant with her first child back in December – uploaded an Instagram post alongside the caption: “Not bad for 6 hours, we broke the f*** out of that OnlyFans record.”

Posting a screenshot of the payment page which broke down her earnings, it stated that she had received $757,500 (£599k) in subscriptions as well as $5,500 (£4,300) in tips and $267,600 (£1211k) in messages.

All in all, it looked like she made $1,030,703.43 (£815,904.84). Which isn’t bad for half a day’s work, is it?

She went on to scoop $18 million (£14 million) in her first month, followed by a tidy $6.8 million (£5.3 million) in May 2021.

Bregoli enjoyed a nice little earner throughout the entirety of April to November of that year, as her OnlyFans page saw her pocket a whopping $38.6 million (£30 million) over the eight month period.
